
Fill your cup weekly by making the best tasting, vegan smoothie EVER!
In order of placement into your Vitamix or blender (makes roughly 2 smoothies and you can certainly adjust these portions to your liking):
- 1 cup of Ice
- 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp. Cayenne Powder
- 1 tsp. of Greens Powder (I recommend Vitamineral Green)
- 1 scoop of Protein Powder (I recommend Vega Protein & Greens Powder, Chocolate)
- Optional seeds: hemp, chia, flax
- 1 scoop of Peanut Butter
- 2 large handfuls of Spinach
- Fill the blender with your choice of milk (I recommend Oatly’s Full Fat Oatmilk)
- Now, blend! Consistency should be milky green!
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries (stir in blender until mixed)
- Now, blend! Color should be a beautiful purple now!
- ½ cup of frozen strawberries (add in while it’s blending, one at a time)
- Blend until everything is smooth!
- Put into a glass jar, throw in a metal straw and enjoy with your bestie!
